Albion Middle School Library Classroom Helps

Here are some tidbits you may not know about Mrs. Bates:

I received my B.A. from Brigham Young University, majoring in English and minoring in Library Science.
I previously taught junior high and high school in Fillmore, Utah, and Lehi, Utah. I left education for 19 years to raise my children.
In 2007, I received my M. Ed. degree in Instructional Technology from Utah State University.
I have lived in New York, Idaho, Utah, Venezuela, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, and Texas.
I have been married for thirty-seven years to a wonderful man; my husband is an attorney.
All of my five children attended Albion Middle School!
I have five adorable grandchildren named Ezra, Sophia, Sam, Gideon, and Luke.
I have two sisters that look just like me--we are identical triplets.
I play the piano and the organ--I love to play the organ loud!
My favorite color is blue.

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, hiking, music, handwork, and family history.
